Ghadeer is a healthcare quality consultant in obstetrics and gynaecology at a large medical city in Saudi Arabia. She has 14 years of experience, 10 of them in quality roles covering clinical governance and continuous improvement. Returning to business education was a strategic decision, and a demanding one.
Challenges, and the support that met them
Balancing hospital work with MBA study meant adapting to online platforms, navigating academic processes and managing coursework. AreteUp's teaching assistants provided:
- Clear guidance on the platform and course navigation
- Timely academic support and clarification
- Patient, continuous communication that reduced stress
Why the MBA added value
She deepened her understanding of healthcare management and leadership, of quality improvement from an organisational view, and of how management decisions affect clinical quality and patient safety.
“The academic content was valuable, but the support made the real difference. With the help of the AreteUp TA team, I was able to overcome learning and platform challenges and stay fully engaged in the program.”
