Khaled is a senior health, safety and environment (HSE) professional at a national energy company in the United Arab Emirates, with 17 years in oil and gas, 9 of them in management. He leads safety governance, operational compliance and risk management in complex industrial settings. As the energy industry goes digital, he sees HSE leadership relying more on data, predictive analytics and AI-supported decisions.
